The initial consultation is a detailed assessment including: medical, lifestyle and diet history; recall of current dietary habits; body measurements including weight, height, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass and other relevant measurements; nutrition education and goal setting. Melanie will then develop an individualised meal plan and action plan for you, which you will collect at your second consultation 3-4 days later.
Follow Up Consultation
Follow up consultations are a great way to ensure that you reach your health and weight goals. They help you keep motivated and on track! A follow up consultation will include: monitoring your progress and relevant body measurements; 'tweaking' of your meal plan if necessary; motivating feedback; ongoing nutrition tips and reviewing goals and setting action plans.
